Surf Fishing Report:
Hatteras caught nice Bluefish. Plenty Sea Mullet on the beaches but exceptionally good at ramp 34. The Point reported Blues and Amberjack on metal. North of the Inlet small Trout, Bluefish, scattered Puppy Drum and Sea Mullet.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching Trout and Stripers.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Some keeper Trout and Puppy Drum.
Nags Head: Bluefish, Drum and Trout.
Jennette’s: Black Drum, Trout, Bluefish, Sea Mullet and Puppy Drum.
Outer Banks: Trout, Drum, Sea Mullet, Black Drum and Blowtoads.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore boats caught Bluefish and Rockfish. Inshore Drum, Trout and Stripers around the bridges.

Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore fleet came back to the docks with a Tuna slam catching Bigeye, Yellowfin and Blackfin. There were also Dolphin in that mix.

The winds are NE at 8 and the water temp is 63 degrees. Mostly cloudy, light winds, choppy small swells.
