With the Northeast wind we had yesterday. The water has warmed and cleaned up. Fishing the next couple of days should be real good from the beaches and piers.

Piers reported BLUEFISH, MULLET, SPOT, CROAKER and small FLOUNDER(Flounder closed, opens Sept. 1-14.)

Fishing from the beaches had scattered PUPPY DRUM, SEA MULLET, CROAKER,  SPOT and FLOUNDER.

Inshore boats did great with DRUM, SPECKLED TROUT, SEA MULLET, FLONDER and SHEEPSHEAD. They also released a few STRIPER.

Nearshore had SPANISH MACKEREL, BLUEFISH, RIBBON FISH and ALBACORE. 

Offshore boats brought YELLOWFIN, WAHOO, MAHI MAHI and TILE FISH back to the docks. They also had releases of both BLUE and WHITE MARLIN and a SAILFISH.
