Fishing Report:
There were Black Drum and Sea Mullet reported in Buxton, Rodanthe and Frisco. Some Sea Mullet and some Spot scattered on this side of the bridge also. Don Allen caught all of his Sea Mullet and Black Drum using Shrimp. Trout fishing is awesome in the sound. The Little Bridge has claimed their share of the Trout. The Blue Water fleet had a big weekend. Yesterday catching Blackfin, Bigeye, Yellowfin and Mahi. A Blue Marlin and White were released. Nearshore decked Bluefish, Spanish and Bonita Mackerel. Inshore also caught Cobia and Drum and a occasional Bluefish.
The winds are NE at 14 and the water temp is 63 degrees. Cloudy, breezy, choppy Ocean.
