Surf Fishing Report:
It was hard to believe we were having a coat and gloves kind of day on the beach the last of May. There were nice size Pompano, Sea Mullet and Sheepshead scattered on the Island. Some Puppy Drum on the north side of the point. Surf fishing is slow on this side of the bridge. It was reported there were some Bluefish and Sea Mullet.
As you can see I'm back to the summer format this morning. I am usually earlier than this but this year was not the usual kind of year.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Black Drum, Puppy Drum and having an early morning run of Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon:A few Stripers, Spot off the end and Skate.
