Surf Fishing Report:
The wind has switch and and there will be a warmup today and maybe the Spanish will show on the south beaches. Yesterday was a chilly day on the beach. There were Sea Mullet, Pompano and Bluefish reported at ramp 48 and 49. South Nags Head had Puppy Drum and Sea Mullet. Also Kevin Logue caught a Striper in Nags Head as well as the one he reported in KDH.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway is reporting Trout this morning with some Spot.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Puppy Drum and Sea Mullet and Bluefish.
Nags Head: closed.
Jennette’s: not open yet..
Outer Banks: Bluefish and Sea Mullet.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore fleet could claim another awesome day catching their limits of Trout, limits of Drum and some Spanish. Nearshore caught plenty Cobia and sound fishing had loads of Trout.

Offshore Boats Report:
Another big day for the charters with everyone throwing their sizable catches out on the docks . Lots of Yellowfin, Blackfin some Big-eye, a few Dolphin with good Tilefish catches as well.

The winds are SW at 12 and the water temp is 64 degrees. Sunny, mild winds, clean swells.
