A beautiful Good Friday on the Outer Banks.
Fishing was good south of us yesterday and the prediction for big Drum is better for today. Some nice Flounder and Drum were caught at the Cape. There was a good variety of Bluefish, Sea Mullet, Drum and Blow toads in the Frisco and Hatteras beaches.
They are dredging the Inlet. We will have some charter news soon. Pirates Cove reported any boat with a draft of 5 ft or less is allowed to transit Oregon Inlet.
The sound fishing is very slow.
Jennette’s Pier anglers are catching Skate.
The Williamsons went fishing for Blue Catfish on Lake Lewisville in Texas and caught some awesome Catfish. They said they would be browsing our shop at the end of April and looking forward to it. (Pictures).
We have SW wind at 13 and the water temp is 43 degrees.
