Surf Fishing Report:
The wind was a problem yesterday but there were Sea Mullet, Bluefish some Spanish, and Pompano on Hatteras Island. We had the same on our beaches but no Spanish and Pompano as I know about. The water is muddy and everyone is catching Skates everywhere. And I am so over this steady dose of south winds.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon:Sea Mullet on fish bites.
Nags Head: Mullet, Trout & Bluefish.
Jennette’s: Bluefish, Spanish and Sea Mullet.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore anglers still catching citation size Cobia, Spanish and Bluefish with inshore catching Trout.

Offshore Boats Report:
There was a good showing of Yellowfin with most boats catching their limits. Some Gaffer Dolphin and some whopper Big-eyes.

The winds are S at 16 and the water temp is 59 degrees. Sunny, windy, flat & choppy.
