Surf Fishing Report:

The surf fishing is almost at a standstill. The water is murky and plenty of grass Good water for catching Sea Mullet.

The wind is SE at 6 and the water temp is 55 degrees.

 

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow.

 

Pier Fishing Report:

Avalon: Mullet.

Nags Head: Mullet.

Jennette’s: Mullet.

Outer Banks: Mullet.

 

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
The nearshore boats had good Red Drum action added to the good catches of citation size Cobia. Trolling boats caught good numbers of Blues and Spanish. Inshore boats also caught Cobia. The inlet boats caught bottom fish and Striper.


Offshore Boats Report:
Another citation day for Big-eye Tuna. There were also good catches of Yellowfin and Dolphin. There was also an estimated 500 lb Blue Marlin release.
