Surf Fishing Report:
Hatteras Island has Bluefish and Sea Mullet in good numbers and some scattered Spot.
There have been Bluefish, Spot, Sea Mullet and Trout up and down on our beaches.
Jamie Miller sent a note telling me he hooked Puppy Drum with a TW's double plastic rig while Kayak fishing at Oregon Inlet.
I have heard there are Mullet, Bluefish and Spanish in the surf in Nags Head this morning and the Spanish is right in the first break.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching Spot, Croaker, Trout, and Drum.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: No contact
Nags Head: Spanish, Bluefish,Trout, Mullet and Spot
Jennette’s: No contact.
Outer Banks: Speckle Trout and Bluefish off the end.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Drum and Trout fishing has been good for the inshore fisherman but the Drum fishing even got better yesterday. Nearshore decked plenty Bluefish, Spanish, and Sheepshead with some Cobia.

Offshore Boats Report:
It was an awesome Yellowfin day. A lot of boats out yesterday so a lot of Yellowfin laid out on the docks. The Dolphin were scattered and there was a Blue Marlin release.

The winds are SE at 2 and the water temp is 68 degrees. Mostly Sunny, light winds, med swells.
