Surf Fishing Report:

Surf fishermen are catching a few Sea Mullet, Spot and Croaker north of the Inlet. Overall, fishing is slow.

The wind is NW at 9 and the water temp is 73 degrees.

 

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported 1 keeper Flounder, slow.

 

Pier Fishing Report:

Avalon: Pigfish.

Nags Head: Spanish, Blues and Sea Mullet

Jennette’s: Blues, Sea Mullet and a 41 in Crevalle Jack.

Outer Banks: Croakers.

 

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Nearshore fleet caught a considerable amount of and Spanish, Blues and Amberjacks.


Offshore Boats Report:
There were few boats out yesterday due to windy conditions. A few Yellowfin were caught and a 244 lb Citation Big-eye. One boat out of Pirates Cove made it out on a wreck fishing trip and caught some Triggers and Sea Bass.
