Surf Fishing Report:

Surf fishing is slow overall. There should be Bluefish and bottom fish today. Water is flat.

We have SW wind at 9 and the water temp is 73 degrees.

 

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported few Trout and Croaker.

 

Pier Fishing Report:

Avalon: Spot, Mullet and Blues. Lost a Cobia. Yesterdays Cobia was a citation 51 ¾ lbs.

Nags Head: Blues and Spanish.

Jennette’s: Spot, Croaker, Sea Mullet, Spanish and Bluefish.

Outer Banks: Mullet & Spanish.

 

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Near shore boats came back to the docks with Jacks, some Dolphin, Sharpnose Sharks and Ribbonfish. Inlet boats are catching bottom fish.  


Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore fleet had a good day catching Tuna, Dolphin and Wahoo. A few Billfish were released.
