I knew you would miss me. I have loads of letters to answer and I will get to them over the next couple of Days. I also will have your pictures ready for the web site.
I have a new knee to go with last year’s new knee. It is not fun.
Surf Fishing Report:
Small stuff. Croakers, Sea Mullet and Spot.
The wind is north at 10 and the water temp is 63 degrees.
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Croakers and small Trout.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Grass
Nags Head: Spot
Jennette’s: Sea Mullet, Bluefish and Spot.
Outer Banks: Croakers.
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Near shore boats are bringing in very nice King Macs, Bluefish and Spanish. The inlet boats are catching Sharks and Stripers. The wreck fishing boat out of Pirates Cove reported Triggers and Amberjacks.
Offshore Boats Report:
There were a lot of flags flying yesterday on the incoming boats. Yesterday the Billfish bite was on. Many grand slams. Lots of Blue Marlin, White and Sailfish. Limits if Dolphin, Yllowfin and a few Bonita.
