Surf Fishing Report:

Sea mullet is the only news I have from the surf. It is another great beach day with Carolina blue skies.

The winds are NW at 4 and the water temp is 79 degrees.

 

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported no keeper Trout, throw back Stripers and bottom fish.

 

Pier Fishing Report:

Avalon: 4 in Gag Grouper and Pigfish.

Nags Head: Mullet and Spot.

Jennette’s: Spanish.

Outer Banks: Pompano and Spanish

 

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
The Nearshore fleet are still catching plenty of Ribbonfish, Blues, Spanish and some Shark. The nearshore boats also had Ribbonfish, and Shark. There were a good number of Red Drum releases. The Miss Oregon Inlet Headboat had a fun day with good numbers of Spot, Sea Mullet, Croakers, Puffers and Pinfish.


Offshore Boats Report:
Another big Dolphin bite for the Oregon Inlet charters. There were several White and Blue Marlin releases and Sailfish releases as well.
