Surf Fishing Report:
Sea Mullet scattered on the island with Spanish and Shark at the point. Sea Mullet and Spot on the north beaches.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching Trout and Black Drum.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon:Trout, Black Drum, Croaker and citation mullet.
Nags Head: No contact.
Jennette’s: Bluefish, Sea Mullet and Spot.
Outer Banks: Bluefish.
Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore catches of Amberjacks, Spanish, and Bluefish. Inlet boats caught Trout and Stripers and Inshore Trout and Drum.
Offshore Boats Report:
Limits of Tilefish, Some Dolphin, Sea Bass.
The winds are N at 6 and the water temp is 81 degrees. Sunny, light winds, calm Ocean, small
swells.
I have pictures of Matthew Reno and Mike Peterson kayak fishing the grass flats just south of the little bridge. They caught catch and release Flounder, Trout and Drum. Couldn't caption the pictures. Received no names per picture.
