Surf Fishing Report:
Surf fishing is overall very slow.
The wind is Nat 6 and the water temp is 77 degrees.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Croakers and Trout.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Slow. A few Pinfish.
Nags Head: Slow.
Jennette’s: Slow
Outer Banks: A few Pompano. Slow.
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
The open boat fishing inshore caught Gray Trout, Specks, Croakers, Flounder, nice size Spot and Red Drum. The neashore trolling boats caught plenty of Spanish and Bluefish yesterday.
Offshore Boats Report:
Offshore fishing was back to some normalcy yesterday. They caught their limits of Dolphin, some Wahoo, one weighing in at 52 lbs and a few Yellowfin. There were billfish releases with one boat having a grand slam.
