Surf Fishing Report:
The Drum action has picked up a little. There were keeper Drum caught at ramp 4 yesterday and the day before. Also some nice Sea Mullet. Sharon Newbold released a 31 in Drum.
The winds are N and the water temp is 79 degrees.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Croakers, small Flounder and small Trout. The Oregon Inlet Bridge catwalk anglers caught Sheepshead.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spanish and Blues.
Nags Head: Slow.
Jennette’s: Spanish and Blues and some bottom fish.
Outer Banks: Pompano.
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
The nearshore boats caught plenty of Spanish and Bluefish yesterday and also added a few Albacore. The inshore anglers caught Cobia including a 45 lb citation.
Offshore Boats Report:
The Bluewater fleet caught Dolphin galore again Sunday including some big Bull Dolphin. There were also Billfish releases.
