Surf Fishing Report:
Beach new is scarce from yesterdays windy and rainy day. We have high winds and rough water this morning but aside from that, the sun is shining and that makes it a good day.
The winds are NE at 17 and the water temp is 76 degrees.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow.
Pier Fishing Report:
High winds and rough water are keeping the pier jockeys from fishing this morning.
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
The few nearshore boats fished the rough water yesterday and caught Bluefish and Albacore. Inshore open boats caught Spot, Croakers, Sea Mullet and Drum. There was a 48 in citation Drum caught.
Offshore Boats Report:
Only 2 boats sailed yesterday. Despite the rough seas they manage to return to the docks with some Dolphin.
