It was a gigantic day for Drum yesterday. The Drum were plentiful all day. Lots of keepers and some over the slot. Dennie Bomar caught one of the big ones. TW’s Wheeler Johnson also caught one. (Pictures.) The last time I heard from the guys was afternoon and they had caught somewhere around 30 Drum and still catching. I was in KDH yesterday. There are some good sloughs up and down our beaches. All you need is a double rig and some cut bait.
Jennette’s Pier continues catching Sea Mullet and Dogfish.
Boats stayed at the Docks Friday. I’m guessing they may be out today. Hopefully.
The wind is SE at and the water temp is 52 degrees.
