Surf Fishing Report:

There were scattered Sea Mullet, Bluefish and Spot on the northern beaches yesterday.

The winds are NE at 8 and the water temp is 77 degrees. Water is flat and crystal clear.

 

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, Croakers and Stripers.

 

Pier Fishing Report:

Avalon: Blues and Spanish and Cobia sightings.

Nags Head: Blues and Spanish.

Jennette’s: Spanish and Bluefish.

Outer Banks: Nice size Blues, Mullet and Blow Toads. Loads of corncobs in the water.

 

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Nearshore are still catching nice Spanish, Blues and Albacore. Inshore anglers also caught Spanish, Bluefish, Albacore and some Cobia. A wreck fishing trip caught Triggers, Sea Bass and Amberjack.


Offshore Boats Report:
The Marlin fishing is outstanding right now with multiple hookups for the fleet. There were 43 White, 2 Blue Marlin and 3 Sailfish releases. Plenty of Dolphin, Yellowfin Tuna with one weighing in at 78 lbs and also Blackfin.
