Surf Fishing Report:

We have high winds and high seas. No report on surf fishing.

The winds are NNE at 24 and the water temp is 76 degrees.

 

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, Stripers and Croaker.

 

Pier Fishing Report:

Avalon: A few bottom fish. 10 drum caught yesterday and night. Conditions are tougher today, but the Drum fishermen are on the piers.

Nags Head: Slow.

Jennette’s: One Red Drum and Black Sea Bass.

Outer Banks: A couple of Drum yesterday. Small bottom fish today.

 

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
A few boats braved the rough conditions. The inshore boats caught a good amount of Red Drum. Big Drum bite at night. Trolling boats caught good numbers of Spanish and Blues.


Offshore Boats Report:
Rough conditions kept the boats in.
