Surf Fishing Report:

Conditions are better today. I see a few people in the water and some surf fisherman trying their luck.

We have ENE at 12 and the water is 79 degrees.

 

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported a few Trout.

 

Pier Fishing Report:

Avalon: 2 Sea Mullet and 2 Spot.

Nags Head: Slow.

Jennette’s: Bluefish, Puffers. Mullet and Pompano.

Outer Banks: Slow.

 

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
A near shore boat braved the conditions and caught a nice mess of Spanish and a good number of Blues. Miss Oregon Inlet decked Sea Mullet, Bluefish, Sea Bass, and Gray Trout.


Offshore Boats Report:
High winds and rough water made the conditions rough for the fleet. There were 4 boats fishing. There were Yellowfin and limits of Dolphin caught.  A couple of boats went out hunting for Marlin. There were 10 White Marlin and 2 Blue Marlin releases.
