Surf Fishing Report:

Fishing was slow overall. Water continues to be murky and full of grass. The wind is expected to change to NE late tonight. With a bit of luck, maybe there will be some cleanup.

The wind is NW at 7 and the water temp is 75 degrees.

 

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Flounder, some Stripers, Croakers and small Trout.

                                             

Pier Fishing Report:

Avalon: Spot.

Nags Head: Sea Mullet and Spot.

Jennette’s: Rays and Skate.

Outer Banks: Nice Sea Mullet and Spot.

 

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Near shore boats continue bringing in catches of Bluefish, Spanish and some Amberjack. Nearshore are also catching Blues and nice Sheepshead. They are catching Spot, Sea Mullet, Gray Trout, and Flounder inside the inlet.


Offshore Boats Report:
Tuesday was another good Dolphin day for the Bluewater fleet. There were a few Yellowfin and some Bonita also caught. Most boats had Billfish releases.
