Surf Fishing Report:

We had hard rains late in the day.  More rain today. Waters a little rough, nasty with lots of grass. But fisherable.

The wind is N at 15 and the water temp is 57 degrees.

 

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Croakers and small Trout. There were Black Drum and Sheepshead caught from the Bonner Bridge catwalk.

 

Pier Fishing Report:

Avalon: Sea Mullet, Bluefish and small Croakers.

Nags Head: Bluefish.

Jennette’s: Bluefish and Sea Mullet.

Outer Banks: Bluefish and Sea Mullet.

 

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Near shore boats are bringing in good catches of Spanish and Blues. Cobia Fishing continues to be productive. The inlet boats are catching Blues, Flounder, Trout, Sea Bass and Croakers.


Offshore Boats Report:
Offshore fishing is getting better every day. There were 25 boats out and almost all caught their limits of Dolphin. Nice Gaffers and good plenty of Yellowfin. There was a Blue Marlin released also.
