This gray seal is one of our winter visitors. During late winter and early spring, seals often haul out along the OBX to rest as they move along the Atlantic coast.
Important reminder:
If you see one, give it space — at least 50 yards. They’re not stranded. They’re resting. Dana zoomed in from a safe distance (as you should 😉).
