We wanted to share a sneak peak of our Valentine's Day dishes. The Filet Au Povire is fabulous! A peppercorn crusted filet, pan seared and topped with a peppercorn and cognac cream sauce. The fingerling potatoes and asparagus are a perfect complement. The Chateau Recougne Bordeaux pairs amazingly with this dish. Dessert is an absolute must! Blake's caramel hazelnut tart is a great finish. Sam on Sax will be playing from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm as well.
