The Kickoff of the 13 Nefarious Nights of Halloween Island was a HIT! The streets of Manteo were swarmed with revelers enjoying the spooky sights and sounds all over town. The Eerie Inns & Spooky Shops were bustling and decorated to the gills. All 13 of the Halloween Bars were full of trick-or-treating for adults with passports being stamped all evening long.
