A fixture in the Outer Banks community for over 25 years, Bobbie’s commitment to hospitality began early on, starting from the ground up by busing tables and later co-managing various eateries alongside her husband, Chef Alfredo Landazuri.
At Mahi’s, she has not only overseen operations but also imparted her knowledge to the next generation, including their children, instilling in them the values of genuine customer service.
Bobbie’s partnership with Alfredo, has always been a cornerstone of their success. With his unwavering support, she steps into her new role with confidence, knowing he will be there to offer guidance and lend a hand in the kitchen when needed.
