Outside the kitchen, Liz enjoys hiking, kayaking, cooking, and spending much time with their family, which often inspires their culinary creativity. Excited to contribute to the Outer Banks’ culinary scene, Liz is committed to mantaining Mahi Mahi’s as a must-visit destination for exceptional dining.
