Unfortunately with the work NC DOT has been doing on the Manns Harbor bridge, the county feels that with the additional construction would make it unsafe for our route. With that said, we must cancel the bike portion of the race. There's good news, however. USAT has instructed us to carry on with the event. So we will be hosting an aquathon (swim/run) that can still be ranked as a triathlon. That means you can still use it to qualify for Age Group Nationals and National Rankings!
