We are exhausted but our hearts are full. Over the last several days we have truly felt the meaning of "It takes a village." We are enormously thankful for everyone who has been out in the field and behind the scenes for the rescue and rehabilitation of over 500 cold-stunned sea turtles received at the NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island since December 1st. This tremendous community effort has been an inspiring sight to behold. We are so grateful and humbled by the gifts of talent, time, energy, and passion from so many folks here on the Outer Banks, many of whom are volunteers. From the bottom of our hearts -- THANK YOU.

Coming soon… an orange crush with your name on it… 🍊 We are glad that our staff is getting break to refresh and reset, & our building is getting some renovations, but we are also very excited to open our doors back up! 😃 We will be back wide open the week before Christmas! Carolina Bar-B-Que Co is taking Prime Rib orders for Christmas. Fully seasoned and cooked. We will cut to order, just let us know # of slices and thickness, and all you'll need to do is heat it up to 125° for rare or 135° for medium. Then cut and serve.
Price is $24.99 lbs, well under others you'll find online. Please place your orders soon, they will end on Dec, 22th of next week. Tell your friends, we also have Pork Puppies, Smoked Mac-n-Chese, and Collard Greens, for your Christmas festivities. Thanks.
