A huge shoutout to Holly's Creative Confections for sprinkling magic on the flavor palette in last night’s sensational second class. We were thrilled not only to dazzle with Tastefully Fit culinary wisdom in my initial class but also to serve a tantalizing array of savory and sweet delights last night!
From a heavenly coconut curry bowl and zesty NC shrimp with cilantro-infused Redneck Risotto to Holly’s velvety chocolate mousse, the night was a culinary extravaganza! Red Sky Casual Dining & Cocktails has been a cornerstone since the inception of this ever-growing event, where all proceeds are a boon to our OBX community. It’s an absolute honor to contribute to such a vibrant and forward-thinking program. We can’t wait for next time!

Brant Godfrey became a Trustee on the OPS Executive Committee in the Fall of 2020. His first interaction with OPS was serving on the Berkley Manor Steering Committee in the early 2000’s. Brant is a semiretired attorney from Winston-Salem, NC. He and his wife Beverly fell in love with the island in the late 1970’s and have maintained a residence here since 1994. Since he started on the board, Brant has taken over the Land Use Committee and has given OPS an incredible amount of time and knowledge in Real Estate and Law. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication to OPS, Brant!
