This week we're highlighting one of the newer restaurants on the beach; Single Fin opened in 2017 and is located in the South Beach Plaza at Milepost 10.5. Their menu has everything you'd expect, and more, including delicious vegetarian options like the Sauteed Cashew Nut entree. Both the food and presentation is top-notch, even the Shrimp Fried Rice comes out looking gourmet!

The first SOFTIES of the season HAVE ARRIVED! These beautiful SOFT SHELL CRABS from Outer Banks’ legendary Endurance Seafood are available while they last either as a SOFT CRAB SANDWICH for $16, or as a SOFT CRAB ENTREE (pictured) with two crabs, mashed potatoes, teriyaki broccoli, and our house-made Pamlico Sauce for $28. Hurry in and enjoy the signature delicacy of the Outer Banks!

Students fishing during a field trip caught four RED DRUM and landed two yesterday. Today, ocean temp has dropped to 55 degrees and so far a nice FLOUNDER was released and SEA MULLET are biting. A beautiful day at the oceanfront too! Winds southwest at 7 knots. High tides 8:58 a.m. and 9:18 a.m. Low 3:01 p.m. Come and get ya some!
