I like eastern North Carolina Barbecue pulled, like this. I chop it up because most people expect it that way. Check out these beautiful butts fresh out of the smoke. Wish you could smell them! If you want a plate of Q or a sandwich, come see us for lunch.

Have you tried our cinnamon rolls? They are a favorite in the case. There are days we have to bake 3 and 4 batches of cinnamon rolls throughout the day. Remember we are currently open 6:30 am - 3 pm daily!
