Today’s spotlight goes to someone who’s been a rock in both Red Sky and Red Sky Catering: Chef John Kuster.
This will be his fourth year with the Red Sky crew.
Born and raised right here on the Outer Banks, he now serves as our AM Kitchen Manager and also works his culinary magic on our Chefs on Call team.
His favorite cuisine to cook? Latin American: bold, vibrant, and full of flavor.
And when he’s not in chef mode, you’ll find him where it matters most: with his wife and daughter, soaking up that OBX family life.
