Join us for the second in our series of Chef’s Wine Dinners on Wednesday, April 26. This week we will visit the birthplace of Jazz, New Orleans! Chef Suzanne will present classic dishes from this culinary destination. We’ll taste delicacies ranging from Jambalaya to Bananas Foster and the world-renowned New Orleans Beignets. All wines will be carefully matched to complement this gourmet trip to the Big Easy, where Jazz reigns supreme! The cost is only $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity. If you can't make the Wine Dinner, joins us for a tasting Saturday, April 29, as we will travel back to the Jazz Capital, sampling wines paired with cheeses, charcuterie and maybe a surprise or two. We will also learn about the history of this American music style that has traveled around the world. Our Saturday tasting will be at 5PM and is $30 per person.
