This is Zak and his wife, Brooke from Chesapeake, VA. Zak was diagnosed with many internal melanoma tumors back in April of 2022. He has been in an ongoing battle since. He's been accepted into a therapy trial at Duke that will begin next month. Join us in sending HUGE vibes and prayers up for a FULL, successful recovery and cure for Zak and his family. His sister-in-law reached out last summer hoping to get them to the OBX is for Lovers, EMO festival. We were beyond stoked that Zak was not only able to attend, but also rock out to some of his favorite bands, giving him and Brooke a much-needed distraction. We look forward to seeing Zak and Brooke at many more shows in the future.
